Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Sale items (if applicable)

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RA number inside the package.
  4. Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s).

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at info@gorakhpurhandloomhouse.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
